Our process begins with state-of-the-art equipment.  The Pulse Vac 311, a vacuum engineered specifically to continuously clean it’s HEPA rated filters while in use, makes it ideal for the dustless tile removal process.  These vacuums are used in concert with specialized chipping hammers and floor grinders removing the old tile, grout, and thinset adhesive.  With this equipment combination, virtually all of the dust is contained in our vacuums rather than floating in the air and settling on every surface in your home.  With our clean tile removal system there is no comparison to traditional tile removal.

We recently did a remodel on our kitchen and downstairs flooring. I was beyond pleased with Builders professionalism, and I must add cleanliness! We chose the dustless option for our tile removal, and I stand by their technique. When we would come home at the end of the day, after they’d been working all day, not a morsel of tile, or rubble was to be seen. My porch was even sprayed down! We used Builders Flooring & Design to remove our old tile and install luxury vinyl planks by Eternity. We heard horror stories about the amount of dust generated from tile removal, but this company has dust capturing tools that work fantastic. They are also experts in laying LVP, especially on stairs.
